UC Logic (“we”, “us”, “our”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MatterExport software for the duration of your active subscription. Each subscription covers the number of seats (users) purchased and is valid for one (1) year. All licensed users receive access to all features and updates released during the subscription period.
MatterExport is licensed on an annual subscription basis at $1,200 per year. Subscriptions cover the number of seats purchased and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date. Prices are subject to change with 60 days' written notice.
The free trial version allows export of up to 10 documents per folder without a license. No payment information is required for the trial. The trial version has no time limit.
Upon generating a pro-forma invoice, you may be granted a 30-day provisional license with full functionality at our sole discretion. By requesting an invoice, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You may not:
MatterExport operates entirely on your local machine. Documents are exported directly from your iManage DMS to your local storage. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your documents, metadata, or iManage credentials.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of the software — which provides immediate, full functionality upon activation — we do not offer refunds. We encourage prospective customers to use the free trial to evaluate the product before purchasing.
Licensed users receive priority email support at paul@uclogic.com. We aim to respond to all support inquiries within 1 business day. Support includes assistance with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UC Logic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MatterExport. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate your license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies. Sections 5, 8, and 10 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
